Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, customized products) cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will gladly exchange the item for the correct product at no extra cost.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning the item.
  3. Keep your tracking number when shipping back the item.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
  • In case of defective/wrong items, we cover return shipping costs.
