1. Returns
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, customized products) cannot be returned.
2. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately.
- We will gladly exchange the item for the correct product at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning the item.
- Keep your tracking number when shipping back the item.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- In case of defective/wrong items, we cover return shipping costs.
